In Continuation of the mutual decision we had with good selves, let us place on record the following Terms & Stipulations arrived at between ourselves.

1. That you have kindly consented to work as Cricket Team Owner in / for our Event for titled Surat Celebrity Box Cricket League (SCBCL Season-3) Organized by Nasli Besania & Pravesh

Thakur.

2. The Team Owner Must Pay the Auction Amount within one week

3. Each Team's Owner Assumes Full Responsibility For The Team Player

4. At The Time The Owner Decides Whether To Play With The Team Directly Or If Someone Else Will Play In Their Place, He Or She Will Inform The SCBCL S-3 Organizer. Reports And Changes Cannot Be Made Later. Decision Cannot Be Changed After It Is Made, Otherwise The Entire Team Will Be Disqualified And Unable To Play.

5. The Online Promotion for the Team Owners, Sponsors & Event has to be done during the tenure of the event.

6. The Owner Of The Team Has Full Responsibility If A Player Is Intoxicated

7. It will be determined by the SCBCL S-3 organizer where, when, and how the SCBCL S-3 will

take place.

8. There Can Only Be One Player Of Each Team Present At The Time Of The Match, No Other Player May Be Added Or Replaced

9. Each Team And Owner Must Validate The Umpire's Decision During The Match As Well As The Umpire's Decision During The Match.

10. The Umpire Can Be Contacted By Only The Player Playing In The Match. Only The Player Playing During The Match Can Talk To The Umpire. No One Will Be Able To Talk To The Umpire Outside Of The Box.

11. That you shall work in the absolute satisfaction with the Organizer & their Team and in case 1

ofnon-Co-operation from your side, this contract shall come to an automatic end In case of such premature cancellation of contract in view of dissatisfaction of Organizer with your service. Provided that notwithstanding any agreement on the Part of the Organizer to make on account payment at any of the above mention stages, if in the Organizer’s opinion the Event is not proceeding satisfactorily, the Organizer shall have the right to suspend & stop payments of the above mentioned at any stage till such time as the Organizer’s is satisfied that the Event is being processed satisfactorily provided further that in the event of this agreement being terminated due to any cause whatsoever or being cancelled or and hereby covenants to repay to the Organizer, all the sum of money under the above provision till the termination of the agreement, you have to Pay 4 Times the amount of Auction Value from the date of such termination without prejudice and in addition to its other rights to receive the same out of the amount repayable by you under these provisions.

12. It Must Be Discussed In Advance With The SCBCL S-3 Organizer If Another Guest Will Attend. Additionally, Only The Team Owner Can Enter The Stage Area, And The Team Owner Will Not Have To Bring Anyone Else With Him Or Her.

13. All Team Owners Of SCBCL S-3 Must Follow The Rules Of Covid-19, Wear Masks And Follow Social Distance

14. This agreement is accepted in Surat and its agreed by the parties concerned that all matters, claims, disputes, arising in respect of the terms and conditions hereof shall be settled and paid by the parties in Surat.

15. If a dispute arises out of or in connection and conciliation with this agreement, on or in respect of any defined legal relationship associated therewith or derived there from, the parties agree to submit that dispute to arbitration under the ICADR Arbitration Rules, 1996. The authority to appoint the arbitrator (s) shall be the International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution will provide the administrative services in accordance with ICADR Arbitration Rules, 1996.

16. Any breach of the terms of this agreement by either party shall render this agreement void able at the option of organizer.

17. Any decision made by the organizer of SCBCL S-3 will be final.

18. That you hereby declare that you are signing this agreement on having convicted yourselves of the contents and that you shall not commit any breach of the terms and once committed
